Rick Geddes is a Professor in Cornell’s Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy and a Professor of Economics at Cornell. He is Founding Director of the Cornell Program in Infrastructure Policy, or CPIP.  Rick is a member of the graduate fields of Systems Engineering, Regional Science, and Economics. He is concurrently a Non-Resident Senior Scholar at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, DC.

Dr. Monica Goldson is the retired CEO for Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS). She currently serves on President Biden’s HBCU Advisory Panel and the Maryland State Board of Education. During her tenure, Dr. Goldson leveraged a full-scope alternative financing model to design, build, finance and maintain the internationally-recognized Blueprint Schools construction program to build six new PGCPS schools — the first U.S. public school system to use a P3 for construction.

He oversees a portfolio inclusive of U-M’s investment office, finance and accounting, enterprise strategic risk management, staff ombuds, facilities and campus operations, HR and shared services. Before joining U-M, he served as the SVP & COO for Georgetown University, where he was responsible for a budget of $1.3 billion and 3,000+ staff members.
